      "text": "People with disabilities are welcomed on all four days of the festival at Place Bellecour by a team of disabled-friendly staff wearing green vests. During the Festival of Lights, there is also a reception point at the entrance to the Porte des Enfants du Rhône in Tête d'Or Park . This access to the park is reserved for people with disabilities. The final reception point is Place Pradel , next to the opera house and Lyon City Hall.",
