There are 30 steps from the entrance up to the lower vestibule and the front desk, with a handrail. There are three steps from the lower vestibule to the main entrance. There are 40 steps from the first floor level to the second floor level, with no handrail. No lifts. No ramps. Disabled toilets are available in the Main Guard Wing and at the Chinese Pavilion. Disabled parking is available at the visitor car park at the palace theatre.
